In Rome until 17th September 2017 it is hosted the travelling exhibtion of photographs from OSTKREUZ. This exhibtion, which was on show since 2015 in Paris, Marseille, Schwering, Munich and Gera, celebrates the 25th anniversary of the foundation of this independent photographic agency, founded in Paris in 1990 by a group of photographers from Berlin East.
The exhibition showcases the changes of Berlin in the 25 years after the Fall of the Berlin Wall. The 250 photographs offer a colorful mosaic of different styles and approaches and do represent the development of photography in the last quarter of century in Berlin and Germany (and also beyond these boundaries).
