Registration is now open for the new edition of the Oasis Photocontest International Nature Photography Award, organized by the Oasis magazine and the AITN Italian Association of Nature Tourism.
The competition, which obtained the Fiap auspices and the UNESCO patronage, is giving away a prize pool of over 50,000 euros divided as follows:
– To the absolute winner: 5,000 Euros cash; bronze trophy made by Michele Vitaloni, one of the greatest international exponents of Wild Art; travel and stay in Italy for two people at the award ceremony; presence in the catalog and in the exhibition.
– To the first classified of each of the 10 sections: 1.000 Euro cash; travel and stay in Italy for two people for the award ceremony; presence in the catalog at the shows.
– To runners-up in each of the 10 sections: 500 Euro cash; dinner and overnight stay for two people at the award ceremony.
– Additional awards for Honorable Mentions and Recommended Works.
The sections in competition are: “Landscape”, “Mammals”, “Birds”, “Other animals”, “Storyboard”, “Plant world”, “Underwater world”, “People and peoples”, “Artistic nature”, “Photojournalism naturalistic”.
