The CEPIC 2018 Congress is shaping up and it is confirming year after year as the most important networking and information hub for visual content providers. Already Adobe has sponsored the event with giving two seminars on May 30th and May 31st. Internet giant Google has also partnered with CEPIC and will be holding a seminar again on May 31st.
This is also the first time that our CEPIC Innovation Day will be taking place on May 30th! This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about new technologies in the image industry, as well as hear from experts at the many talks and panels. Day passes for the Innovation Day can be bought for just 15 Euros, and is FREE to those already registered for the CEPIC Congress.
To end this jam-packed programme on 1st June, the event includes the Cultural Heritage Day! It will be filled with guest speakers and round table discussions that look into the past of the image industry and new technologies that can help maintain and better structure it in order to utilize archives. In particular, one of the round tables entitled Unlocking Archives with Innovation, Funding and Partnership will be moderated by John Balean (TopFoto), one of the most active Photoconsortium members, and will include among other speakers the participation of Photoconsortium president Fred Truyen (KU Leuven).
