Audiovisual clip on the Tent Camera Obscura (1800-1850)

by David Iglesias Frank (CRDI).

The Cinema Museum of Girona City Council presents a new audiovisual to explain one of the devices of the Tomas Mallol collection: the Tent Camera Obscura (1800-1850).

This audiovisual, produced by the Museum of Cinema and directed by Jep Porras (Imago TV), describes the assembly and working of a Tent Camera Obscura, a device used by artists and painters, before the invention of photography, to capture latent images of reality and draw its profile on a sheet of paper.
