Following the Frankfurt event this autumn, another meeting is organised by Europeana Foundation to work on the future aggregation landscape, to work on why and how we are distributing digital content to audiences and to work on planning data quality improvements. The meeting will take place at several locations in the KB, National Library of the Netherlands in The Hague, Netherlands.
The Aggregator Forum gathers representatives of national and thematic aggregators and data providers, who work with and manage digital data of cultural heritage collections, aiming for a modern approach to access, visibility and user interaction with these resources. PHOTOCONSORTIUM will join the forum as photography domain aggregator; participating in the various discussions on metadata quality, aggregation process, visualization, audience engagement and IPR, and providing the point of view of the photographic archives.
