The CEPIC Congress is the largest event in commercial still and moving images in the world. In 2018 the CEPIC Congress will take place from 30 May to 1 June at the Maritim proArte hotel in Berlin.
Over three days, up to 500 delegates from 250 companies and 32 countries turn the congress venue in the most important networking and information hub for visual content providers. The CEPIC Congress is attended by CEO’s, sales representatives, commercial photographers, videographers, IT industry suppliers, technologist, lawyers and creative minds of the picture industry.
For the first time this year CEPIC will host a special Exhibitor Day for innovative technology providers and other businesses in the visual sector. Businesses are invited to showcase their innovative developments in a dedicated area and to participate in different panels around the latest trends affecting the picture industry.

CEPIC Stock Photography Awards
It is with great pleasure that CEPIC announce the 4th edition of CEPIC Stock Photography Awards, which this year is being hosted on Photocrowd. Open and free to all photographers worldwide, the Awards will distribute 5000 EUR in prizes for the best images in these categories:
- Natural Environment
- Travel the World
- People
- Wildlife
- Concepts
An international jury will shortlist a minimum of 80 images which will be announced prior to the CEPIC 2018 Congress Welcome Reception. The category winners and the CEPIC Stock Photographer of the Year will be unveiled at the award ceremony on 31 May as part of the CEPIC Congress 2018 in Berlin.
The purpose of the CEPIC Stock Photography Awards is to support traditional stock photography and defend the right of photographers to receive fair compensation for their work.
The closing date for entries is the 26th of April 2017.
